These are also available at the left under the Scholarship Applications 2020 tab. There is a "Scholarship Drop Off Box" in the Springfield School District Office where scholarship applications can be returned for those that need to be turned in to Mrs. DeBerg. Please be mindful of where scholarship applications need to be returned. JUNIORS: Minnesota Association of Townships:
Awarding up to five $2000 scholarships
Applicants must be a junior in public, private, home school, or parochial high school who is planning to attend a college, university, or vocational school.
Those applying must complete an application form and a written essay discussing the topic: regarding Township Day -- "If you were an elector, how would you proceed with getting an action to happen and which one or more of the rights and authorities would you use and why?"
Essays must be between 450-500 words, and must be typed and double-spaced.
Applications are available in Mrs. DeBerg’s office.
