ESS Password Change! We have implemented new security for SMARTeR that will prompt the employee to change from their current 4-digit password to an 8-digit password when they log in to ESS. It will also prompt them to complete a security question. This allows the employee to reset their password if they forget it in the future. ESS Password Update.
