.60 FTE Preschool Instructor
Springfield Public School is seeking a .60 FTE Preschool Instructor on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for the 4-5 year old program for the 2025-2026 school year. Opportunity to fill in as a substitute teacher or substitute paraprofessional on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the building. Should have a current license or be able to possess a Minnesota teaching license in the appropriate area.
Coaching and Advisory assignments available.
Competitive salary will be prorated at .60 FTE based off starting range of $47,000 - $75,000 depending on licensure, qualifications, experience, and educational degree advancement. Salary range is based on the collective bargaining agreement for 2024-2025 school year. The 2025-2026 collective bargaining agreement has yet to be negotiated.
Benefits will be prorated based of .60 FTE and include but not limited to: Health insurance, health savings account, life insurance, matching 403b, Teachers Retirement Association (TRA), long-term disability, dental insurance, flex spending account, paid sick and personal leave.
