Tiger Activities/Athletics

Springfield, along with the rest of the Tomahawk/Valley Conference and many other schools in southern Minnesota, have been transitioning to a new online activity scheduling program called BOUND.  If you’ve traditionally looked for team schedules by clicking links on the school website you’ll notice that those links now take you to our BOUND page:  https://www.gobound.com/mn/schools/springfield.  You can access a calendar to see all events by using the toolbar at the top or click the individual team on the left side to see their schedules.

Three other important elements to BOUND that families will want to become familiar with:

  1. Student registrations into specific programs will all be completed through BOUND.  Linked below is an instructional document to assist you with setup.  Student and parent must electronically sign the MSHSL eligibility brochure, and can upload their sports physical.  Sports physicals are due every 3 years (typically for incoming 7th and 10th graders). If this is a non-physical year for you, and you still don’t have a record of your physical, we have that information for you, so you can disregard uploading at this point.  Student and parent must also complete the MSHSL health questionnaire…if you answer yes to any of the questions, you must get clearance from a medical professional.

Activity Fees will NOT be collected through BOUND.  Your fees will be paid directly through the high school office or through infinite campus, as you have done in the past.

2. Digital ticketing will be used through BOUND.  Most area teams will be using BOUND for digital ticketing, and you will see a slight increase in a ticket price.  Springfield has chosen to not use digital ticket through BOUND, and will still offer cash tickets, and a different form of digital ticketing.

3. There is a BOUND mobile app which can be found in your app store.  It can be a convenient tool for accessing the same features as the web program, including digital ticketing.

Please be patient as there will undoubtedly be some issues that pop up.  If a question arises, don’t hesitate to email paul.arnoldi@springfield.mntm.org
